ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KERJA dan KEMAMPUAN HUMAN RELATIONS TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN MENITI KARIR

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan pengaruh kemampuan Kerja
dan kemampuan Human Relations terhadap Keberhasilan Karir para pegawai
struktural di P.T. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. Wilayah Jakarta.
Sampel penelitian 76 orang (21%) dari total populasi 374 orang pegawai
struktural Wilayah Jakarta. Terdiri dari pegawai Struktural Operasional dan
Pegawai Struktural Non Operasional yang menyebar di enam unit kerja. Unitunit
kerja tersebut yaitu: Holding, Direktorat Produksi, Divisi Produksi Jakarta,
Divisi Pemasaran, Divisi Apotik, Divisi Pedagang Besar Farmasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan dua macam metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode
dokumentasi dan metode kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik
korelasi product moment dan regresi ganda.
Dari penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa 1. Terdapat hubungan yang positif
dan signifikan antara Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Pekerjaan dengan
Keberhasilan Pegawai Meniti Karir. 2. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan
antara kemampauan Human Relations dengan Keberhasilan Meniti Karir. 3.
Secara bersama-sama terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara
Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Pekerjaan dan kemampuan Human Relations
dengan Keberhasilan Karir.

Abstraction
This research was conducted to examine the effect of The Ability to complete
work and Human Relations ability on the Career Success of structural employees
on P.T. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. Jakarta regian.
The study sample was 76 people (21%) of the total population of 374 structural
employees of the Jakarta Region. Consisting of Structural Operational employees

Non-Operational Structural Employees that spread across six work units.
The work units are: Holding, Production Directorate, Jakarta Production
Division, Marketing Division, Pharmacy Division, Pharmaceutical Wholesaler
Division.
This study uses two kinds of data collection methods, namely the documentation
method and the questionnaire method. Data analysis using product moment
correlation statistical techniques and multiple regression.
From the study it was concluded that 1. There is a positive and significant
relationship between the ability to complete the work and the success of career
career employees. 2. There is a positive and significant relationship between the
ability of Human Relations and the Success of Meniti Career. 3. Together there
is a positive and significant relationship between the Ability to Complete the Job
and Human Relations ability with Career Success.
